I have worked with Louise for over 5 years now and have always found her extremely competent, efficient and trustworthy. As a private landlord who does not live in the area, I have used her services to resolve property maintenance issues, find suitable tenants and assist with the eviction of another! She completely renovated an outdated one bed flat with my full trust & wallet! She has been invaluable to me, is always ready for the next project and certainly keeps me on my toes!
I cannot recommend Louise highly enough – she helped me through a very difficult eviction process with a long standing tenant whilst I was living abroad and was unable to. Her knowledge of the eviction process was fantastic – collating and completing all of the paperwork for me and seeing the whole process through the court system until eviction day. I couldn’t of done it without her that’s for sure.

I worked with Louise on a large renovation recently and found her to be highly organised, forthcoming with ideas and very resourceful. She designed 7 studio flats, providing all of the plans, designing the kitchens/bathrooms and shopping for the materials.
