Based in West Sussex and working remotely, I support busy professionals, business owners and homeowners across the UK – and beyond! My goal is to reduce your workload, give you back valuable “me” time, and take the stress out of your day.

With over 35 years of experience across sectors including accountancy, insurance, aerospace, and property – plus running my own eCommerce businesses – I bring a well-rounded, practical approach to virtual support.

I’m honest, reliable and detail oriented, with strong admin, management and communication skills. I am a good problem solver, have a keen eye for detail and love getting things done.  Oh, and did I mention that I have a great sense of humour (well, I think so!)

A little about me…

I began my career as an office junior in an accountancy firm, where I built a strong foundation in administration and business support. I then moved into the insurance sector, supporting a team of brokers before training as a life insurance underwriter. That role evolved into managing a life insurance department for over 12 years – a position that honed my leadership, communication, and operational skills.

After being made redundant, I transitioned into eCommerce, initially providing PA support to a company director. This quickly developed into a business and office management role, where I streamlined systems and processes, allowing the owner to step back while I ran the day-to-day operations.

That experience inspired me to launch my own eCommerce business, which I successfully ran alongside my admin support services for over 10 years.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve specialised in admin, lifestyle, and property management support for a variety of clients. I currently manage a portfolio of 30 properties for a private landlord, including holiday lets – a role that’s allowed me to indulge my passion for property renovation and remodelling.

Along the way, I’ve also run a professional dog walking and pet care business (I still miss those dogs!) and provided home help services to some truly lovely clients.
